1 pound beef sirloin steak
0.25 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.25 teaspoon black pepper
4 cup mixed vegetables chopped (such as bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion)

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place steak in a shallow dish and pour balsamic mixture over it. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
